Our sheets have deep 14” pockets that can accommodate mattresses up to 16” thickness.

We recommend machine washing our sheets and pillowcases in cold water on the gentle cycle with like colors, using your normal detergent. Tumble dry on low and remove immediately to prevent wrinkles forming on the sheets.

Our microfiber sheets are wrinkle resistant because they are made out of 100% polyester yarns, a material which does not hold wrinkles well.

Our comforters are filled with a down-alternative polyester fiber. The fiber is lightweight, hypoallergenic and allows our comforters to be machine washable.

Yes! Our comforters are machine washable and dryable for easy care. Wash your comforter separately with cold water on gentle cycle, tumble dry on low or air dry, then gently fluff it for the best result. We recommend using a large capacity washer/dryer (commercial front loader preferred) to allow for free movement of the comforter to prevent damage.

We currently only ship within Canada and the United States excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories.

UPS is our main shipping carrier and is, unfortunately, unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We normally will ship your order within 2-business day after the receipt of the order. After it leaves our warehouse it may take an additional 5-8 days to reach you, depending on the ship to address attached to your order. Orders may arrive late depending on inclement weather and delays that are dictated by UPS and are out of our control.

We accept returns for any items that are unwashed, unused with tags and in its original packaging. Please send an email to hello@cathayhomesports.com to start your return process.

The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
